About Emily Ellis
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Knoxville, TN. I have a private practice where I sees client individually for counseling related to depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I also am a IOP Group therapist at the Middle Path. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counselor from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in December 2016. I completed 3000 hours of supervised direct/indirect clinical experience while working at Youth Villages as a Family Intervention Specialist and at Brookhaven Retreat Center as a Primary Residential Therapist. Prior to my career as a Counselor, I was a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist at Parkridge Valley Behavioral Health Hospital and a Wilderness Therapist at SOAR, Inc.
